Odyssee In Loire Valley — Local services in Orléans

Without any stress or confusion our guide, Stephanie, picked us up at Charles De Gaulle airport.  We were then transported to the lovely town of Orleans where Stephanie, who is well versed in French history shared many momentous historical places, interesting stories, and architectural facts. The town was beautiful, even on a cool March day.  Over the course of the next two days we were guided  around the Loire Valley where we visited the Castle Chenonceau, Chambord Castle, Leonardo da Vinci's home, Amboise Castle, many churches, and other sites of historical significance. Stephanie is a wealth of knowledge which made the travel super enjoyable. The last afternoon, we stopped at a vineyard for a wine tasting.  We were educated about the entire process and was treated to some delicious wine.
