Parc aux Dinosaures Dordogne — Local services in Sarlat-la-Canéda

We just did the high ropes course, which was really good, we did not do the dinosaur trail. I would imagine that if we're not a boy of under 8, the trail would have limited appeal. One other note from our party, the seems to be a massive difference between the adult high ropes course & the family one. The family one is not much more than an adventure playground in a beer garden... our 11 year old was not sure about the full size course, so we paid for the family one. She was even less impressed when we got there, back to reception to upgrade! Thankfully no issues...

The crew is friendly and accomodative. The family adventure tour is great for small kids (under 5).The parc itself is cool in the summer, however feels a bit outdated. The dinos feel rather static and the explanations are text book style. Some modern visualisations or interactive elements would be welcome. The Dutch translations are mediocre at best. Overall, it's worth the money, but it holds far more potential than...

We only did the Dino trail because the high ropes courses were already booked. (book before you go there!)

The Dino trail on itself was a bit disappointing for the larger kids but can still be OK for younger children.

The rope courses looked really good with a lot of variation. (that why I rated 4 instead of 3)

I assume you can have a great time if you spend the day by doing...
