Marché de Bailly — Local services in Versailles

The fixture of the weekend : go to the Market and buy local products, from nearby farms. Such a big difference of taste between these products and the ones you'd buy in the super market ! I don't know their names but you must definitely look up these traders having only products of the current season (it should be relatively easy, the biggest queue in the market is usually at their stand). The prices are INCREDIBLE, I'm always rechecking because I am in disbelief. True, you won't find exotic fruits or anything that doesn't grow in the typical northern french climate, but what you buy is tasty, local (so no logistic costs), fresh and inexpensive.

"LE" rendez-vous du weekend : faire le marché de Noisy-le-Roi, afin d'acheter des produits locaux des fermes du coin. Les différences, que ce soit du gout ou de prix, sont énormes par rapport aux grandes surfaces ! Vous pouvez trouver les meilleurs produits du saison chez un commerçant qui dispose d'un long stand au milieu du marché (souvent c'est en face de leur stand que vous allez constater la queue la plus importante). Leur prix sont incroyables et, même si la variété des produits n'est pas la même (bien évidemment, pas de fruits exotiques, pas d'avocat), ce qu'ils ont c'est du frais, du local et...

Un petit marché (pas si petit d'ailleurs) comme nous les aimons dès lors que nous y avons nos habitudes.
