Very cool place. There is a proper road that leads down here but Google maps doesn't recognise it. Use the satellite view filter to find it. Parking is paid, costs 2 Lari. There are a small cafes that sell drinks and snacks. It's a pebbles beach and so is the riverbed, so I recommend wearing swimming shoes. There are 2 hot springs on site. One has more sulfur, the other has more iron. The sulfur spring comes from a depth of 900m and has a temperature of 98°C- so almost boiling. You can see the 2 huts where the water emerges from from the parking lot and you can even walk around there for an insane, hellish landscape experience.
At the river there are 3 spots to enjoy the hot springs
the sulfur spring comes down the rock as a waterfall and there are makeshift benches to sit under it. The water is HOT, so don't step into the puddles
next to it is a small plunge pool with water from the other spring. But it too is very hot. It seems that someone was building a second plunge pool.
you can follow the small streams of hot spring water to the river and make a small pool out of pebbles to enjoy lukewarm water where it mixes with the river.
The river - the current is quite strong, but the water is clean and very...

We arrived at the place and parked right at the entrance, next to the white wonder, the limestone rocks from which the boiling water springs. A short descent down leads us to a picturesque river with a pebble beach, a slightly strong flow in some places, and full of families who took corners, but without a feeling of crowding at all.
The complex has three small pools: the first with really boiling water, and others with a slightly more pleasant temperature. In addition, there is a unique seating area with hot water cascades that pour onto the white rock, and from there warm trickles continue to the riverbank. The locals even built and fenced off tiny pools on the water's edge, creating a magical combination of hot water and the cool river flow.
We spent almost three hours there, wading, resting, having some snacks, and a lot of Relaxation.
📍 The springs are about a half-hour drive from Martvili, a highly recommended place to stop, especially for families with children, for those who love nature combined with a...
Read moreThis is like mini-Pamukkale in Georgia. It’s one of my favorite spots while traveling across this country. It's truly an incredible place for relaxation, a genuine natural spa.
Here, you can set up a little pool by the riverbank and just soak in the pleasant atmosphere. Or simply unwind by warming up next to the source itself. And of course, one of the major perks is the chance to take a dip in the refreshing mountain stream.
If you're on the lookout for the perfect spot to unwind and rejuvenate, this is definitely the place to...
