Went bowling with family Wednesday 8/31/22 and the older gentleman running the snack bar is awesome! Daughter changed her mind from buffalo to bbq wings, thought I’d ask the other guy working- young wish I’d gotten his name- I said excuse me sir, he threw his hands up at me and yelled “WHAT?!?”, then went back to his station and gave a loud growl like yell and started throwing things, then started complaining and stomped to the back. Put a damper on the evening with family and I felt uncomfortable with him making my food, glad the gentleman had to step in and finish since he left to the back. Came here for the newly opened 'Schawingz' and was pretty disappointed. We came on a thursday at 7 pm, and there were not many people. From the time we ordered to the time we got our food it took 50 minutes. The wings were cold, the fries were soggy, and the fried pickles were drowning in oil. I saw them making large batches of wings in the back, so i dont understand how the food took so long, but it explains why the food was cold when we received it. The cashier taking our order was very friendly, but waiting 50 minutes for cold food won't be bringing me back to eat here. Bowling staff were amazing. Food was responsible with a good selection, even though they ran out of crunchy taco shells the day I tried to order them. The carpets are cute but dirty and worn out. The party rooms are a reasonable size, but they give little time for parties to set up or break down between bookings. The bowling lanes were smooth, and they had ramps for the kids.
