Sehr schöne Aussicht, war schon ein paarmal oben. Eine schöne Wanderung ist die, von Wiehlmünden ( Wiehlmündenerhöhe) zum Umsetzer, dauert natürlich länger. Auch von Ründeroth, parken am Bahnhof, dann die Rauscheiderstr. hoch bis zum Ende, ca 1 km immer Berg hoch dann kommt ein schöner Waldweg zum Umsetzer. Hier hatte einer gepostet das es oben Kaffee ☕ und Kuchen 🎂 gibt, aber nur wenn Sie es selbst...

Der Aufstieg bis zur hohen Warte hat es in sich! Es geht steil Bergauf und für nicht mehr so ganz sportliche Menschen ist der Weg nichts. Man kommt sehr hinter der Luft. Der Weg zur hohen Warte Richtung Engelskirchen ist meiner Meinung nach, besser begehbar. Am Turm befindet sich ein Unterstand mit Bänken und man kann die Ruhe genießen. Aussichtsturm Nähe der A4. Viele Mountainbiker und Wanderer werden von den Waldwegen angezogen. Bis zum höchsten Punkt geht es steil Bergauf. Hinweis : Die Infotafeln auf dem Turm sind falsch...
