DO NOT BUY MERCEDES-BENZ! I bought a new 2021 E-class from Mercedes-benz official reprezentant in my country and after a few hours i received it, i started to notice many problems with the car. The car is undrivable and it has been 10 months since i keep the car in my parking lot, because is unsafe to drive it. I contacted everybody, including the factory from Germany and nobody cares. Since the day i bought it, i contacted the dealer and asked for a replacement or a refund and they refused. they said they will fix it, as the car has a full warranty. I went to several Mercedes-benz repair shops and nobody wanted to fix it because it has too many problems. They said "We will fix it, but when they gave me the car back, they didn't fixed it." At the end, The official Reprezentant of Mercedes-Benz in Romania, said that i got scammed and i should live with it, because i can't do anythink, except sue mercedes-benz, which is a too big company for me to win anything. So they scammed me and they act like gods and i keep a car which worth almost 100k EUR in my parking lot and try for the last 10 monts to get a workable car and nobody...

I recently got the tour of the AMG factory along with my wife and in laws. We were greeted upon arrival with flags of our home countries (Canada and China). An extremely cordial, trilingual brand ambassador led our family for the next 3 hours through the engine building process and the cosmetic customization areas.

As an AMG owner, I was really impressed and felt even more confident in my purchase by doing this tour. I recommend you do it yourself if you are an owner and happen to be in Germany. It's not far from a few other landmark brand museums and facilities, so that a car enthusiast could make a week out of it.
