We wanted to do something for the evening after an exciting day at lake titisee. One of friend suggested for the hike. In the beginning it seemed difficult but as the time passed by it became more and more exciting 😁 There is a restaurant at the top which was closed and also the watch tower. Still we very much relished the beauty ☺️ Please make sure you carry water and look for the signs to make sure you are on track.

A wonderful quiet little town with history that has great hiking trails. Hotel Hochfirst Garni, Family Stahl made our weekend stay very relaxing with their clean and friendly Hotel & Beer garden.

Wir waren an einem verschneiten Samstagmorgen hier, um den Sonnenaufgang zu erleben. Von diesem Standpunkt aus hatten wir einen herrlichen Ausblick über den Titisee, der sich in der Morgensonne glitzernd ausbreitete und eine atemberaubende Winterlandschaft offenbarte. Die Stille des Morgens, kombiniert mit dem beeindruckenden Panorama, machte diesen Moment zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis.

Ein vom Ort Titisee aus auf einem gemütlichen Spaziergang ohne grosse Ansprüche und Anforderungen zu besteigender "Berg".

Bei schönem Wetter lohnt sich die zusätzliche Anstrengung, noch den Aussichtsturm zu erklimmen, wofür man allerdings 2,-- € pro Person bezahlen muss. Dafür gibt es eine gute Rundumsicht bis in die Schweiz.

Die Gaststätte ist angenehm und lädt mindestens auf ein...
