The place was a little slippery and full of mud, but still it is a really beautiful place to see. As when I went there it had snowed a few days before, the landscape was even more beautiful! Really nice place with sandy alcove along the Rhine river. Unfortunately the place is getting spoiled by too many loud and gross people which are ruining the peaceful atmosphere. Better to come early or late...

Im großen und ganzen ist es gut man kann gut ins Wasser und sich dort aufhalten. Nur was sehr merkwürdig ist dass sich einige leider nicht an die Gesetze halten. Es ist kein FKK-Strand und viele sind dort Nackt am Strand 😕 und es ist kein schöner Anblick wenn man mit Kindern dort ist. Nacktbaden ist in Mainz Verboten. Vielleicht sollte das Ordnungsamt ab und an Mal dort vorbeischauen um diese Unannehmlichkeit zu beheben. Und die Hundebesitzer sollten ihre Hunde an die Leine nehmen.
