Das Hohe Loog Haus ist eine sehr gemütliche Hütte mit vielen Sitzplätzen im Außenbereich. Ein Besuch ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die pfälzer Küche, wie auch die tolle Aussicht sind einen Besuch auf alle Fälle wert. Der Wald, die Wege und Pfade sind ein Genuss. Auch wenn das Haus sehr stark besucht wird, findet man immer noch einen Platz. Bei der Selbstbedienung benötigt man gute Ausdauer. Wird aber dafür mit leckerem Essen belohnt.

Wunderbares Ausflugsziel, sehr gute, bodenständige, Pfälzer Gerichte, wie man sie selten bekommt. Gekocht wird von Freiwilligen des Pfälzer Wald Vereins (wenn meine Infos stimmen), jedenfalls ist immer viel los und gerade im Sommer lohnt sich der Aufstieg über den Sonnenweg vom Hambacher Schloß aus! Auch im Frühjahr meist schon sonnig und auf der Seite des Sonnenwegs, meist angenehm warm. Daher...
