Toller Ausblick bei gutem Wetter über die Kreisgrenzen hinaus. Man kann in Spranz parken und zum mechtien aufsteigen der Weg ist für geübte gut machbar. Von gülden aus muss man keinen Berg hinauf . Man geht eine ebene Strecke ca 30 min. Ist auch eine gute Gegend um Pilze zu sammeln.
