A small lake to relax, read, swim, SUP, etc. Usually there are not too many people and it has many shades around. Public toilets are available at the entrance of the lake. Free :) One star less because there's no food or drinks stall, so make sure to pack some snacks with you.

Mir hat es sehr gut gefallen. Großzügige Liegewiesen, auch teilweise beschattet. Flacher Einstieg ins Wasser mit einem schmalen Sandstreifen. Wasser sah sauber aus, angenehm zum Schwimmen. Daneben ausreichend kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten, auch teilweise im Schatten. Trotz guten Besuchs wurde erfreulicherweise nur wenig Müll auf der Liegewiese liegen gelassen, die aufgestellten Mülleimer und -beutel wurden genutzt. Sicherlich wären noch einige kleine Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten vorhanden ..... aber die gesamte Nutzung ist kostenlos, daher 5 Sterne.

Sonnenschutzcremes dürfen nicht im Wasser landen. 2. Bitte bitte !!!!! Enten nicht füttern! Falls es jemand nicht weiss: Brot schadet Enten!!! Ausserdem lockt man durch das Füttern die Enten an den Strand. Sehr intelligent!

One of the nicest spots to come to for some lake time near Karlsruhe.

Grilling areas and places to play ball with friends.

Lifeguards usually on duty.

Water is a great temperature during the summer.

Bathrooms are on site but can be a bit of a walk.

Parking is easy.

Remember to treat the place with respect and clean up after...
