Dodi Island — Local services in Eastern Region

You get to visit the Dodi Island when you go on the Dodi Princess cruise ship. Upon arrival, the inhabitants of the island welcome you with drumming and dancing. Other inhabitants sell fish in addition to produce from their farms. There is a small zoo with an ostrich and a few other animals. The part of the island you get to see is mostly uninhabited with only one abandoned building...

I was disappointed after much hype of the Dodi Island. I got there expecting to see a beautiful natural island BUT got utterly disappointed and lost. Absolutely nothing to see, no fun on the island. Notwithstanding, the island has great potential for tourists attraction if developed into a first class site. The place could have guest houses or hotels, parks, pools, aquatics...
