Lakeside Marina Park — Local services in Greater Accra Region

So it was my first time here with my daughter and she was obsessed with the water park and couldn’t wait to go play in it. I got there around 1:30pm and was told they are cleaning the water park pool so we should use the other pool which I was okay with, it was around 2:30 there and still so I had to ask one of the guys where he told me that unless 15 people show up before they can allow us use the water park, and I asked “so what if no one shows up” and his response was “that’s the rules here” meaning if 15 people don’t show up my money is wasted. It’s a big shame that my child’s playtime have to do with other people showing up and a shame that you think about just yourself and not the time and happiness of the customers. First time there and never will I show up or recommend. Terrible customer service especially where it have to do...

I would not say they are the best park in town but they do the affair.

I did visit Marina park at lakeside and I must confess, I was totally impressed with how effective the staff members were.

We got to be approached by an elderly man with the nicest way of talking to give us direction. Then once we set our marks , the last at the reception, well-spoken, knowledgeable and kind, I must admit, did us well. Please she should be in charge of that park if she is what we had to meet last weekends. She's us truly the definition of gods customer care/service.

Also , fees are inexpensive, with the canopy at 7 cedis per head, the entrance fee at 35 per adults and free for kids under 3yo. At least, a moderate fee park. What can we ask more and the enjoyment...

It’s a lovely place, But I honestly hate how the workers be treating customers. When we need something it takes them hours to help. I come almost ones in every-week. Last week when I was there with my friends it started raining and I wanted to take the car inside so that we could leave without getting too wet. The security guard told me to wait, I waited. It was the time I was supposed to leave because I was being late to somewhere. The security guard told me I should open the door by my self and take the car in like that. Which was very rude.
