Bernard's Takeout — Local services in Northern Region

GOOD FOOD, AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM WAITRESS and I MIGHT START MAKING THE EXTRA DRIVE TO GIDIPAS… The food is delicious all 5 times I ordered. However, the waiters (customer service) have been awful with services. The first time I called in the person who answered the phone sounded rude, but the delivery guy was great. Second time I went in myself and the waitress was just nonchalant about actually tending to me. I know she wasn’t busy because I was the only dinner in their restaurant at the time, she was on her phone snobby, until I walked up and down asking for toothpicks, napkins etc. She sounded botherd that I even asked. Third time I went in to do a take out and the waitresses were just off putting again. I thought it was just me they probably didn’t like but I showed up these last two times with a group to eat/ have a drink, and the services really just sucked. Once more, had me begging a waitress who’s clearly not busy to tend to us and this made me choose to make the extra few miles drive to Gidipas the next time I’m in town. Gidipas has good food too, with better services. I wanted Bernard’s to be my new Tamale food plug. But I dread going back. Your waitress makes it uncomfortable to return and I’m not sure I want to. In a span of 3 months the attitude didn’t change, I now believe it’s not a bad day kind of situa but a choice. For such a cool environment and decor, cool vibes could have had us trouping in but nah the cold treatment is not what we want… just want your good food and some drinks! I take reviews seriously because I hate spending my money where I’m treated like garbage. My other reviews would probably inform that I’m a service enthusiast and I take...

Is kind of a restaurant, which use to serve food on take away basis, but have added a sitting place to it not long ago, so now you can sit and eat at Bernard's. Their foods are tasty. They serve both local and continental dishes .....they have jollof, fried rice, vegetable rice, pizza, and others. One interesting thing about their dishes are, it comes with either a yam ball or fried plantain ( just a slice or two). Their pizza is the best I have tasted so...

A good place to spend your weekends and nights out with friends and family. Great services. It has a bar where you can drink whiles watching football matches on DSTV or music Video projected at night, restaurant for the hungry or food lovers, gym services to be offered soon for the ones who want to keep fit and a meat seller. It's literally opposite a car wash so we can give our cars a brighter look...
