Ο Ομπλος (η Κουκουρη όπως είναι η σωστή όνομασια του) είναι ένα βουνό που βρίσκεται λίγο έξω από την Πάτρα κοντά στους πρόποδες του Παναχαϊκό, με υψόμετρο 860μ. Στους πρόποδες του βρίσκονται τα χωριά Κρήνη, Σαραβαλι και Κεφαλοβρυσο, ενώ στη νοτιοδυτική πλευρά του βρίσκεται το χωριο Κρυσταλοβρυση. Το βουνό αν και έχει κατακαιε από τις πυρκαγιές των τελευταίων 25 χρόνων προσφέρει μοναδική θέα προς την Πάτρα, τη Ναύπακτο, το Μεσολόγγι και (με καθαρό καιρό μπορείς να δεις και την Κεφαλλονιά) αποτελεί πόλο έλξης για αρκετό κόσμο καθώς και την απογείωση του ανεμόπτερου πλάγιας (Πάραπεντε).
