Parrillada Santander — Local services in Alta Verapaz

On 3/14 I went in the entry and used the ATM machine. I sweet young girl, street vendor, was very willing to take me there, assist me and watch me at the ATM. Something led me to believe my transaction for withdrawal of $200 had failed! (I do not know Spanish!) A man was standing at the machine initially; he then stood and watched. I took the receipt and left. When we got back to USA, I looked at my account online, and I had been debited $140.35 on 3/14 at your Hotel. Someone got cash, and it wasn't me! I hope the hotel can be on guard for such a scam...
