Highly recommend Roatan Diamond Adventure if you are visiting Roatan. We communicated via Whatsapp primarily and response times were always very fast. They didn't have the specific tour we wanted on their website so I asked if we could do a custom tour and they were happy to oblige. When we got off the cruise ship, we had to navigate outside the terminal to meet our tour guide. We knew where (generally) we had to go but weren't sure how far it was to the port exit. All the locals were great in pointing us in the right direction. As soon as we exited the port, we saw Ardine standing there holding a sign with our name on it. Ardine was wonderful. Our group had a fantastic tour in Roatan. We started out with the dolphin encounter at Anthony's Key Resort. Everyone had a great time. We were glad to see that the dolphins can come and go as they please there, but choose to stay there. Next we had some beach time. We originally had booked to go to West Bay, but Ardine advised us that it would be very crowded there and we'd be better off at West End. She was right. West End had a gorgeous white sand beach with crystal clear blue waters. Barely anyone there, we almost had the area to our ourselves. We did run into the entertainment cast from the cruise ship -- which reaffirmed the fact that this was the place to be. They always know if the best places to visit in port. The food at Ginger's on the beach was great. Fresh fish, juicy burgers, amazing fries. (The cheeseburger was just ok but the island burger was delicious!) After some relaxation at the beach we headed over to the animal sanctuary to see the monkeys and sloths. There are a few places on the island and they took us to Jungle Top. Not a lot of animals there but it was still an amazing animal encounter. Everyone had the best time. As requested, they made sure we made it back to the ship with plenty of time to spare (we don't like cutting it too close!!!). If you are traveling to Roatan I highly recommend this tour company. There are many options when coming to this island but we're so glad we chose Diamond.

Roatán Diamond Adventures was amazing and very reasonable!! We had the owner, Dion Delbert, as our guide. We loved him!! They have all the options available for you to choose which ones you wish to do. You pay accordingly to your options. He definitely works with you. We rode in a nice cool and clean SUV to our destinations that held a party of 6. The beach he took us to was amazingly beautiful with swings and shade trees in the water. There was a free kayak my son took out. Be careful though as Roatán is on a coral reef and this means it’s reefs all out in the ocean so bring flippers or swim shoes. It’s tough to walk on and destroys the reef. You can’t go wrong choosing Dion! He is very kind and knowledgeable gentleman, even helping me as an elderly handicapped woman. He hung around at the beach until we were ready to go. Got us back to the ship with plenty of extra time. The beach had free WiFi and a restaurant/bar with waiters. There was also massages on the water for $15!!

We got the custom experience with Dion and it was incredible! He met us outside of the port and drove us everywhere we wanted to go. We went to the chocolate lecture/store, the rum cake factory and the petting zoo. It was like having a private tour guide. It was our favorite tour we've ever been on. It was just my daughter and I and Dion was so fun and accommodating. He answered every question we had about the culture, history and plant life. 🤣 It was $40 cheaper than the cruise ship excursion and was SO MUCH BETTER than the ship excursions. Strongly recommend.

I took a 7 day cruise for my birthday leaving from Miami on 2/16 and returning 2/23. Thursday 2/20, was my actual birthday, Myself and my party of 4 had the pleasure of meeting Ms.Susan. It was overwhelming walking through all the different company booths of people hounding us trying to get our business, not to mention the bad experience we had with a different company at a previous port. So me and my crew came with all the questions upfront. We walked passed everyone and went to the last booth, and we were politely greeted by Ms. Susan. We wanted to be sure of the round trip cost up from, what it included, and to be certain that we would be the only group traveling at once because we did not want to wait for a bus load of people. Ms. Susan went above and beyond, she walked us in, waited until we were comfortably set up at the beach with umbrellas, chairs etc. Ms. Susan was well informed about all the excurssions, popular local restuarants, and site attractions. There was a language barrier and She even spoke spanish and translated for my group to the workers. She confirmed a pickup time, and was there early to pick us up. Eventhough we werent the only ones in the van on the way back, Susan was very transparent and let us know that someone else was riding back with us that her daughter dropped off at the same beach club we were at. Ms.Susan recommended a local food rest.. and that is where we went... she went out of her way to call before hand so the food would be ready upon arrival. By the way the food was excellent. I may be leaving out small details due to time and space but the bottom line is, I give Ms. Susan a 10 out off 10 and would refer her to anyone visiting Roatan Hondurus area. The only tip I would give is to invest in a more comfortable...
