Been here in Oct'17. Spacious rooms ( 3), with separate home theater , big Screen with Projector with Sony Sub Woofer Audio System which can be connected well with Bluetooth which helped us in having masti dhoom dhaam songs. Pool which is quite decent light which is enough for 5-6 in one go. Whole property is 3 floor Villa with fabulous ambiance , neatly maintained ( Aquarium ) , beach view,

just walkable distance from the bheemili - vskp connected road ( 50-100mts), Nearest town bheemili , nearly 2km.

Food can be cooked as you have the kitchen, also restaurant is just opposite to the property.( recommended to only prepare less stuff , spend more time on other things )

Bar counter available with all size ,type glasses.

Ideal for big family ( 10-12 members ) , group of couples ( 3 pair ), great with friends ( not to mention :) ) .

People looking out for any kind of party along with friends, family or colleagues can definitely prefer this place. You get 2 big bedrooms and a medium one with attached bathroom and tv for each bedroom, you have a mini theatre, swimming pool, big hall in the ground floor, kitchen and what not.You also have a rooftop space to encounter nature. The interior design is very appealing,the location at which the villa is located is very peaceful and near to beach. Must try stay if you wish for crazy fun. Best place for a group of people to chill out and enjoy. This place is sick and you will be thrilled for sure. You can bring more than 10 people with you and still feel like you could have brought a few more. The place has a pool, though it's small it was a pretty decent one to have fun. It has a projector room with sound system, unfortunately it wasn't working in our visit due to some tech fault. However you can check after booking the place.
