Heartfelt Thanks to the Wonderful Klay North Gate Centre Team

Dear Klay North Gate Team,

I just want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to every one of you. The Klay North Gate Centre is truly special — preschool, it’s a place filled with love, warmth, and care. From the very beginning, I have always felt that my baby girl is safe, happy, and surrounded by people who genuinely care for her.

When I first visited different centres during admission, I couldn’t find that sense of trust anywhere — but the moment I stepped into Klay North Gate, I knew this was the right place. I got the confidence that my little girl would be in safe hands, and today, I feel so thankful that I made that decision.

My daughter started her journey here as a Jr. Toddler, and now she’s about to complete Sr. Toddler. In this time, she has grown beautifully — and that’s because of the care, patience, and love from all of you.

A special heartfelt thanks to: -Teacher Anshu – for your love and gentle care every single day. -Teacher Shilpa (Helping Assistant) – for always being so kind and supportive. -Maha Aunty and Other Aunties (Caretaker, Sr. Toddler-B) – for your nice care and support -Anupama (Centre Head) – you are amazing! Always ready to help beyond expectations. -Kavita (Coordinator) – for understanding what I need and always listening with patience. -Shilpa (Reception) – for keeping us informed and updated so well, and always being cheerful and helpful. -Shobhagya (Nurse) – for taking such good care of the children and ensuring timely medication whenever needed.

Every person in the centre contributes to this positive, caring environment — from the teachers and aunties to the support staff. The hygiene is always well-maintained, and everyone is so well-dressed and professional every day.

Thank you for making my baby’s journey at Klay so full of love, learning, and beautiful memories. I truly appreciate everything you do for her — you have made a big difference in our lives.

Just a few small suggestions: -Please allow eggs and non-vegetarian options for meals. -It would be great to have a facility to warm or heat food properly. -From Pre-K onwards, please give children more writing practice to build their early skills.

Once again, thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the love, care, and smiles you bring every day to my child's face. My daughter is lucky to have you all in her early years. 💕

Our experience with Klay School and Daycare Center has been nothing short of wonderful. My daughter joined for just two months, and I was amazed at how quickly she adapted to the teachers, the environment, and the daily routine. The warmth and patience of the staff made the transition completely seamless.

Every single person at Klay is incredibly helpful and attentive. The attention to detail at the center is absolutely fabulous — from safety protocols to daily activities, nothing is overlooked. One of the biggest sources of comfort for me as a parent was the live camera access — I could see everything my daughter was doing throughout the day, which made me feel connected and reassured.

A special mention to Sahitya Ma’am, who handled my daughter with so much care and love, and to Anupma and Shilpa from the administration, who were always approachable, responsive, and genuinely invested in the children’s well-being.

Klay doesn’t just offer care; they provide a complete ecosystem — education, help with feeding home cooked meals, potty training, and above all, a safe, happy, and nurturing space. Looking back, I genuinely regret not sending my daughter here earlier. In the first three years of her life, I opted for a “proper” school, but now I realise that Klay would have given her (and me!) the perfect blend of learning and care, minus the stress.

I enrolled my son at Klay when he was 14 months. It is adjacent to my office in a safe and secure location. As a first time mom getting back to work, I had apprehensions about my son being well cared for at school. But the teachers and support staff at Klay were wonderful. They made Amarthya’s first few weeks at school very comfortable and in less than two weeks he happily went to school. Klay was like a second home for my son, he loved going there and often wanted to go to school during the weekend:) For a working mom, this is very important as I could concentrate on work, without any stress, knowing that the child is fine.

I read a lot of reviews about klay centers where there were dissatisfied parents, but about this center - I am very happy. They keep the kids engaged with different activities thru’ the day, celebrate all festivals, feed healthy and hygienic provided food and most important - the teachers and staff are always smiling. They greet the kids every morning with a BIG smile. The center is kept very clean. They share timely feedback on child’s progress. Perhaps the only negative is, I wish there was an outdoor playground. But tech parks come with their challenges.

Special thanks to centre manager Anupama, teachers and support staff, especially Shubha who took very good care of Amarthya in the initial months, making home to school transition smooth. I would recommend Klay North Gate to parents especially working in the tech park - it is a very good centre and the best decision I made...
