We had a very bad experience with seller named Ashish(Tower-3, 1202) who resides in Canada. Had agreed upon a deal which was finalized 2 months back. Also promptly transferred the token amount and were waiting for him to travel back to India for registration. He made us wait for 2 months giving multiple reasons, became greedy and demanded more money. Easy access to Metro station. Right on the main road. Apartment association targets the Tenants for all kinds of fine. Eg your car which is parked in your parking ,wheels can get locked by security due to change of parking lot allotment by the builder. Tenant need to pay the fine though there was a communication miss from the owner. Likewise tv volume , car honking fines for tenants. Access to amenties are discriminated to the Tenants like less number of times access , though tenants pay equal maintenance fee. No pharmacy nearby.
