Escaped from this place today... The fear that there is nobody else in the world/Bangalore that can service Reva is not true.

They mentioned some wheel alignment shop is closed. I just shared an alternate shop address on google. He was like " Are you trying to teach us, where to go? we do best Reva."... I explained sharing a mere address is not questioning your credibility.

Owner's team have no choice than to support his yelling. They seem smart enough to say yes boss thing, always.

Car was not charged so asked help for tow trucks if any. The special contact he gave was not responsive. I got a call/long lecture basically yelling at me for any questions asked. ( I had asked if towing can be done like a normal.car, answer was "Only xyz special guy is good any other guy, if anything goes wrong with your bumper we are not responsible" .. it costs so and so...( i tried saying i know my responsibility but one sided yelling is all that happened)

It happened thrice with no point explaining all here. Not used to such behaviour.

I decided to pay off and took my car with whatever they had completed. I conveyed them very clearly that they are unprofessional, a customer paying ( premium price) at least expects a professional way to talk.

So basically, you pay money to get yelling, scoldings in return of high priced service that u pay for.

No Respect = No Business

If you own a Reva/E2O and need service and repairs, or an EV enthusiast looking for a small city car, this is the right place to go.

I visited this awesome place for four times in last two years.

First visit : Got body repairs and modifications for my 2011 model Yo speed bike. We increased boot space after replacing 4 lead acid batteries with one lithium battery. Second visit : Got AC repair, Auxillary battery replacement, charger repair and general service for my E2O. Third visit : Got cell balancer installed. Battery performance improved with it. Fourth visit : Got E2O bumper replaced today.

Bumper replacement experience was like a quick pit stop. Mr. Zarryl Lobo got the requirement, arranged for a new bumper and even got it painted one day prior to visit.

We scheduled the visit for today morning. I drove at around 8:30 am with broken bumper. And drove out with a new bumper...

My Reva E2o's drivable range started to drop by 20km. Mahindras Authorized service center sireesh was not of any help as any spare needs 1+ months waiting time ( including simple key cover). I called Mr Lobo and he took complete details of my issue and suggested time slot to visit his factory. After detailed check, one of the battery cell needed replacement and same was arranged by Mr Lobo and team. They kept me posted at each stage of battery replacement via whatsapp txt/videos. They also suggested a battery load balancer which will ensure load balance across battery cells ( which is not present by default). Now my range is back to where it was earlier ~71km/100% charge. Thanks for Mr Lobo Mr Mani and team for reviving dying Electric cars ( E20, Reva and more).
