The Palace — Local services in Delhi

This was one of the biggest mistakes of my life – choosing this farm for our wedding. The food, decor, and management were extremely disappointing. The owner was rude and did not keep his promises. On our wedding day, when everyone was waiting for dinner, he refused to serve the food unless we paid the remaining 20%. This was despite us agreeing via email beforehand to pay 80% before the wedding and the remaining 20% after the dinner. His behavior caused unnecessary stress and ruined our special day.

The management is very unprofessional, making false promises without following through. They only seem interested in taking money and don't provide the services they commit to. We did not receive the facilities we were promised. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this farm or the owner,...

We planned marriage for a relative at this venue. A very pathetic experience. The venue was not ready as per the promised time. We reached and we had to chase multiple people for 2 hours to get it in some shape. The garden was full of garbage, room and halls were cluttered and smelly (image attached).

We moved in after 2 hours of hustle we thought problems are over but then came service issues. Taps were not working doormats were missing, no hot water, etc and very slow or you can so no response.

Finally, we were blamed for damages. We patiently tried to understand what damage and how then the staff started shouting and behaved very rudely threatening us to pay for the full replacement of claimed...
