With utmost pain and agony I am compelled to write you that the even organized by you was not even closer to the expectations. After entering the venue till midnight everything was fine and a few mismanagement can be considered inevitable. But after that!!! We had to sleep in wet tents with wet blankets, on top of that in a tent, with the capacity of two people you forced 4 to 6 people to spent a whole night, is this less than a nightmare?? At the 6-9°c temperature we had to stay out of the tent for whole night and right after that me and my partner fell ill and currently hospitalized. My experience with you was literally disgusting. I wish, if I never had gone to that place. Please next time be sensible and wise enough prior to organizing any event like this. Apart from Chetan no responsible person was there to take care of more than 1500 people. And what about the commitments offered by you in the brochures?? You guys were aware of the fact that after these much troubles no one would even ask for them isn't it? People were fighting throwing chairs and shoes no bonfire, even we had to collect wood out of the bushes whole night.

Our company kalpataru Power has organised a family get together at FUNLAND located at Dhar road, Indore at city outskirts on Saturday 13.01.2024. Whatever earlier shared in Video is not actually available in actuality at spot. All the adventerous events was shown exorbitantly while during visit they are looks like a wastage of time and Money.

During the time of advance booking it was intimated by Funland mgmt. that only our company staff entry would be allowed on the event date and no other because of good strength of booking approx 65 peoples but at the same time 2 other school events was organised with huge strength. That totally failed the events with huge mismanagement of food/water /staff each paucity clearly faced. The resouces crisis feels panic to all visitors due to unprofessional hospitality staff and shortage of food.

The breakfast they served was single item a Poha without Namkeen. Once asked for Namkeen then the park staff served with quite delay. Next the lunch time time that informed was 2:30 but they served at 4:30 time with NO chapati & Rice. Once asked the management for this crisis again they replied with unprofessional reason that clearly states that mismmanagement was exist completely. The quality of food served is too pathetic.

Worst place to visit. Total apathetic...

Nice activity park, but........Before going here please make sure you has proper info about all activities and packages. Don't belive on the what offer they giving you on phone or any other promotional sites. because if you go there they will demand for extra ticket

Atmosphere : Wonderfull, like a touch of nature.

Staff : The only thing I like here is Staff, Every staff member is very friendly and properly co-operate with you for all activities.

Food : It was tasty but price is 300/- ,but in that price they only provide us Breakfast and in lunch Paneer Sabji, One More sabji, Roti (Without butter)/paratha, Dal-Rice, Dessert only one time.

Swimming costume : 50 per person

Mechanical Activity : Buggy , Freefall, Zip Line not working (not present)

Swmming Pool : capacity only for 25-30 persons

Raindance : Very Low budget they can use shower to improve this and saparate music system because voice is very low at raindance more focus on disco.

Shooting : They can use ballons for target point currently they are using a paper printout with target and not well interer.

Hourse Riding : you have to pay (not included even in highest package)

Boating : you have to pay (not included even in...
