Read moreHad an amazing safari.We booked the morning slot (6 to 9)and the safari itself was really beautiful and an amazing experience We could see Asiatic lions ,Deer, Nilgai,Sambar deer,variety of owls and bird species.The sunrise across the forest and the clean air was wonderful and the voice of the birds are especially calm and peaceful.The guides and the drivers are well experienced and explain you and answer your queries.One of the best safari that I had and please don't bring plastic bottle for carrying water.You could bring binoculars and professional cameras to get clear views.
We actually booked the permit at Rs .800 at the official website and though we had some queries we asked the official address it was not replied to for the month.Somehow our details including the slot we selected was shared with a private agency where they called back us and we made the payment more than it should be. There are multiple websites and agencies..The official address doesn't reply to your queries and call back..we complained it to the officials there about the leakage of our data from the official website. Even the agents are familiar with the staff there.The complaint was also not addressed including reply to official Gmail Id.
Note: Only book the permit from the official website which is https://girlion.gujarat.gov.in. They don't call you and you can pay driver and the fare for Jeep at the registration counter in cash by showing your permit. There are a lot of fake websites...
