🌿 First Visit to Srimad Rajchandra Ashram — A Peaceful & Enriching Experience

We visited Srimad Rajchandra Ashram for the first time with my parents, and it turned out to be a truly serene and fulfilling experience. Despite being summer, the atmosphere was surprisingly cool and refreshing — a perfect escape into nature and spirituality.

🚐 The Ashram is very well-organized. You need to pre-book open electric vans (chargeable), which shuttle you comfortably between points. This facility made navigation across the large premises easy, especially for elders. Paid guided tours are also available for those interested in exploring the ashram deeply.

🚗 There’s ample parking, and the roads leading to the ashram are clean and well-maintained, making the journey smooth and pleasant. The entire campus is vast, green, and beautifully kept.

🏥 The Ashram also runs a charitable hospital which is doing commendable work. Within the campus, there are various types of accommodations — from standard rooms to deluxe and superior ones, both AC and non-AC, catering to different needs.

🍽️ The food options here are impressive — all pure vegetarian and Jain (without onion and garlic). The cafes and restaurants are air-conditioned, clean, and serve healthy, hygienic meals. One of the café branches also exists in the USA!

🛍️ Don’t miss the souvenir shop! It offers an array of vegetarian snacks made by devotees, Gujarati treats, candles, gift hampers, religious books, doormats, asanas, and more. There’s also a mini supermarket and a 24x7 clinic for residents and visitors.

The place is in dharampur, valsad, gujarat, There are jain temple, and many others place to visit, Place to visit is meditation garden, guru mandir, jain temple, meditation hall with capacity of 5000 people, Raj upvan, yajnasthal, Pujya gurudevshree kutir, Raj sabhagruh(swadhyay hall), raj darbar(amphitheatre), There is dining facility and cafe also available Dining time as per jain religion morning breakfast 8.30 to.9.30 Lunch 12pm to 1 pm Dinner 5.30 pm to 6.30 pm ( change according sunset time of season) You must book your meal before it's start, you can book it's on application, or at welcome center, meal are simple and hygienic There is many building are available for stay, you need to book in advance otherwise you need to depend on availability. There is garden and children play area so kids have fun and enjoy the game,

Place demand too quite and silence, mobile use ase and photography are strictly prohibited rather rather than permitted area and premise, You must enjoy early morning weather if you stay for night... All rooms are neat and clean, separate toilet and bathroom, also had kitchen area for longer stay, gas connection are also there,( don't know how to access it,) each room have balcony and beautiful view. Ashram have 1 grossory store under dining complex, There are many complex or building for stay named as darshan, charitr aradhana, sadhana,gyan, devchandra nivas, sadhak nivas, maitri, karuna, etc..
