Extremely Rude Behavior - Unacceptable Customer Service I am appalled by the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior of the store representative. My mother, a loyal customer, called to place an order, and the way she was spoken to was beyond unacceptable. The owner was extremely rude, dismissive, and displayed no basic decency in communication, especially when addressing a woman. This is no way to treat customers who have supported your business.

If this is how you handle inquiries, I can’t imagine how you value the people who sustain your store. Respect is the cornerstone of any successful business, and clearly, this establishment lacks it. Until the attitude improves and basic respect is shown, I would strongly discourage anyone from supporting such an unprofessional shop. There are plenty of other stores that treat their customers with the dignity...

Since I was young been going there with my mom to buy masalas. They are of good quality n remain fresh n good for a long period if stored properly. The place is situated in the city area so easily accessible. They keep all kind of whole n ground spices plus dryfruits, pulses, grains, lentils etc. The price is at par with the market.
