Raksha Bandhan Spl - Rotten (Basi) Veg Manchuria

We have been regular followers of the Cooking Shuking channel. And we have been regular customers at Chatoros since it's inception. But on Aug 31 we had a bad experience. We ordered two veg manchuria dry as we were expecting guests on Raksha bandhan at around 8 pm. Kids had few pieces at around 9 pm. When we tasted it around 9.30 pm we noticed it was rotten. we took them back to Chatoros to report it around 10.15 hrs. We had a long argument with the owner. Owners response as discussion proceeds 1. Ye ho hi nahi sakta 2. kharab nahi hua toda hard hua 3. Dabba bandh rakhne se hua hoga 4. Veg manchuria adha ya ek ghanta me kha lena, do ghanta nahi rakhna. When we asked the owner to taste the manchuria, he replied main to manchuria khata hi nahin. There was one customer waiting for his order, we asked to give it to him for tasting. Owner says chod do I will pay you back and refunded our money. But they can't change the bad experience we had with our guests on a festival day. Do not do such manipulations for the sake of few bucks. Sometimes it may lead to serious health complications especially with the kids. There are many other eateries that serve similar dishes at half the price. Try to do business in ethical means. Not at the cost of peoples health and trust. If you had any sense left, you would not have resorted to such manipulations on a festival day. Shame on...

Been following Yaman’s food channel “Cooking Shooking” and tried his recipes during the lockdown period. Got excited when I got to know that he has opened a restaurant nearby. So I ordered Veg Biryani and Veg Manchurian Combo from Chatoros.

Packaging was really neat and presentation of food was good too. Coming to taste, both Veg Biryani and Veg Manchuria were amazing. The cost was reasonable and quantity was good enough for the price paid. Worth the money. It would have been great if they provided Raitha for Biryani.

Tried Paneer Kurkure. The freshest Paneer I have ever had. No milk after taste. Its so smooth and soft that it melts in your mouth. Crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside. My mom hates Paneer but this one is something that she had personally tasted and said is the best one. I will definitely order this dish again.

Other than that, Had a wonderful experience and can’t wait to try...

Actually Iam a big fan of cooking shooking chef videos. I use to watch many videos in YouTube. And whenever I noticed he opened a restaurant in Hyderabad that too in nearby my house Iam fully most excited. We use to order tandoori soya chaap maximum times. But the unexpected thing happened yesterday. We order soya chaap tikka masala through swiggy home delivery m we were ver excited to see the dish. But unfortunately when I tasted it boom,🤮👎. That dish is staled and it was not fresh. Totally staled and bad smell. I got to know this after eating it half. Very disappointed because I never expected this from the famous cooking shooking.
