I strongly advise everyone to stay away from GK Pride. This building is mired in multiple litigations and ongoing civil cases that the builder conveniently hides from prospective buyers. There are serious legal disputes over land ownership, unauthorized construction, and several flat owners are already stuck in long, expensive court battles.

What’s worse – the builder provides zero transparency during the purchase process. Basic approvals are either missing or under dispute. Many residents are now realizing that their hard-earned money has gone into a property that may not even have a clean title.

We are living in constant fear of demolition notices, court orders, and surprise legal summons. If you're thinking about investing here, think again – your peace of mind and financial security are at risk.

Do your due diligence. Talk to a property lawyer. Avoid GK Pride...

A decent quality construction. Good location for army officers. However, the terms and conditions of sale should be gone over with fine toothed comb. Especially the clause about developer having full rights on common area development. This can lead to an unpleasant situation where the developer may bring up undesirable construction after you have purchased the flat e.g. a night club. It's happened in a posh bungalows only society in Bangalore. Moreover, the project is not RERA registered which cause non aloting of Completion and Occupation certificates by Civic Authorities....

I've been there as a visitor to se a friend. The external appearance and general facilities appeared to be very good. The flats are systematically arranged in different buildings and out is easy for a visitor to locate the desired flat There is ample parking for the residents.
