Roasted Ego — Local services in Hyderabad

Sainikpuri is a Hub for Avid Foodies and a joint really needs to make a distinguished impact to cater to the Taste Buds and Engagement! One such name that has been making a lot of noise with its rave reviews was Roasted Ego. Left no time wasted and called them for ordering. Although it was closing time, they acknowledged my order and ensured they served my order with utmost friendliness. Service is truly the first quality that matters the most and their service levels was commendable.

They clearly gave a heads-up about the Time and process to collect the Order. Their menu is pretty straightforward but was appealing in terms of their ingredients. Zeroed down on Veg Junglee Roll, Half and Half California Extravaganza, Spicy Soya Chaap Thin Crust Pizza and Garlic & Rosemary Focaccia. The packing was very hygienic with Sanitizer sachet attached.

Post Order, they bake everything fresh and from scratch; truly the Freshness can be felt in every bite. They claim to bake the Best Pizzas and honestly, they were the best Pizzas I have had in a long time. The Thin crust was so Fresh and meant the way a Pizza has to be! The Californian pizza was such a delight with Sun dried Tomatoes, Olives, Jalapenos and Mix Bell peppers topped to utmost perfection. The Soya Chaaps Pizza is utterly sumptuous. It was exceptionally good and unique. The Bread of the veg jungle roll was so fresh and it literally melts in the mouth. The Coleslaw stuffing was as delectable as it could be. The Focaccia bread was Juicy, hot and right out of the oven. When microwaved it for 40 seconds at home, the aroma filled up the complete kitchen. It was one the most authentic breads one could have. Can’t wait to order the rest of the items!

Exiting their high-profile jobs and starting this cloud kitchen out of their passion is very much visible and evident. With the Taste, Quality and Service, they are here to stay! A must...

I was initially hesitant to buy anything from any restaurant due to covid 19. However, after I spoke to the restaurant owners Chirag and Parth on their instagram page @RoastedEgo I gained confidence. Every food package is sanitized through a 3 step process.

I live about 25KM away from where the restaurant is located. They were very welcoming to deliver my order to my house. I haven't seen any restaurant do that for an order placed so far. So that's an A+ from me.

Before you get your order placed they also take any modifications for your food. Like less garlic, no onions, extra spicy etc. Which is crazy.

I ordered Junglee rolls, burnt garlic bloom bread, a Chatdekar paneer pizza and cheesy garlic bread. My mind was blown by the rich flavours. My personal favorites are the Junglee Rolls and burnt garlic bloom bread. The portion is also quite a lot for the price.

I also tried the minty drizzle on my pizza. Epic taste.

So in conclusion:

Also, The Dhokla and Pav Bhaji is pretty swell too. The Dhokla is to die for if you're into that kind of thing. The Dhokla has really rich flavors of the sweet chutney and the coconut grating was a nice addition too. Pav bhaji was incredible too. I ordered a large quantity for my family. I couldn't think of a better place to order out anymore. Kuddos to you...

BLOOM BREAD THE SHOWSTOPPER

Ordering from this new home kitchen in sainikpuri was the best thing I did in the last few days.. just to confirm whether it's functional or not, I called them up while reading a few reviews and looking at the pics posted by other customers... Lured by the fact that it's 100% veg, I decided to order a paneer pizza.. and added another speciality of theirs to the order.

So, apart from the chatkedaar paneer pizza that I had ordered for my family, the bloom bread, which the chef had suggested to try is worth every penny spent on this wonderful cheesy bread. Earlier I was reluctant to order the bloom bread as the pizza would suffice our hunger... But I thought of giving it a try as the chef himself spoke to me and said he could customize it. They made a Jain version for me, since I donot eat Onion and Garlic.. the customisation was done to my liking and it was just perfect.

Whether you like molten cheese oozing out of bread cuts or not, if you order from here once, you'll not regret one bit and will love the food for good!

Will order again from here soon. Not sure if they make bread loaves too, I'd love be to order these too...
