I cannot thank Doctor M. Shankar Anand and the team at Sai Nursing Home enough for the excellent care they provided for my mother during her kidney stones surgery. My mother was suffering from various infections and was in a very weak state, which made me extremely anxious. However, Doctor Shankar Anand’s expertise and compassionate approach immediately put me at ease.

From the very first consultation, Doctor Shankar Anand showed professionalism, empathy, and a deep understanding of my mother’s condition. He instilled confidence in me and assured me that my mother was in good hands. The entire team at Sai Nursing Home, including the nursing staff, was dedicated and available round the clock to ensure my mother’s comfort and well-being.

One of the best things about Sai Nursing Home is that they have all the necessary facilities for testing and treatment within the hospital premises. This saved us a lot of time and hassle, as we didn’t have to go elsewhere for tests and consultations. Doctor Shankar Anand also arranged consultations with other specialists within the hospital, which streamlined the treatment process and avoided any delays.

I'm writing this review not out of frustration, but out of concern for others who might walk into this place expecting proper medical care. Sadly, what you’ll find here is the complete opposite.

From the start, the staff and doctors are shockingly rude and disrespectful. They ignore patient queries and treat you like you're a burden for asking even the most basic questions. Patients are not treated as humans, but as ATM machines, with unnecessary and overpriced diagnostic tests being pushed even for minor illnesses like a normal fever.

There is no proper waiting area, no facility for attenders, and the washrooms are filthy and stink badly, completely unfit for a medical environment.

What’s worse – after charging you large amounts, they speak arrogantly if you question anything. The toxic attitude seems to be coming from the top, especially Dr. Shanker, who appears to be at the center of this whole setup. His behavior is arrogant, disrespectful, and profit-driven. It feels like he has no regard for patient care or ethics.

It’s clear that the management itself is hateful, toxic, and built on exploiting people during vulnerable times. This is not just bad service – this is a system designed to loot and insult.
