Very very badly behaved person who runs this business. I am an importer based in the Netherlands, I simply asked him to send his items to another place where I was having a bigger shipment to be sent, he didn't even take the pains to make sure that the items are properly packed. We asked him to either be there for counting of all the items ordered and packed, so that the other person sending who assumes all the responsibility, has proper (unbroken, right in number and quality) stuff to send or asked him to send packing material apart from the items. This foul behaved man, leave the packing material or anything, sent a broken box! No professionalism. And he has some sort of issue that he always thinks that the other person is disrespecting him when they are just genuinely concerned about the products that he would be selling.

My experience has been really really bad with this exporter. Never buying anything...
