I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unacceptable behavior exhibited by Ravi Sharma, the receptionist at Khandelwal Heart Hospital. On [Date 26th aug ], at approximately [3:45am midnight ], I requested a water glass as there was none available near the water cooler. Instead of assisting me politely, Mr. Sharma acted aggressively, attempted to physically harm me, and used rude language, instructing me to leave the premises.I have whole video in my mobile. He tried to push me back nd took my mobile from my hand.
Such behavior is highly unprofessional and unacceptable in a healthcare setting. Patients and visitors should be treated with respect and courtesy at all times. I request that this incident be thoroughly investigated, and appropriate disciplinary action be taken against Mr. Sharma to prevent such behavior from recurring in the future.
I trust that the management of Khandelwal Heart Hospital will address this matter promptly and ensure that all staff members uphold the standards of professionalism and respect expected in a healthcare environment.

I recently visited Khandelwal Heart Hospital for a consultation and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, Dr. Sanjay is an excellent doctor. His behavior is polite, and he takes the time to discuss medical issues in detail, which I truly appreciate.
However, my experience with the staff was extremely disappointing. The staff members lacked basic manners and professionalism. I had to wait for nearly an hour to collect my report, and when I inquired about the delay, the counter staff (Divya) responded rudely, saying she had called me earlier, which was not the case. I had been waiting since the beginning and found her tone and attitude very disrespectful.
Additionally, the report collection process took 25-30 minutes, which is unnecessarily long. The overall experience with the staff left me frustrated and dissatisfied.
While Dr. Sanjay is commendable, the hospital administration really needs to improve staff training and customer service. A little more patience and politeness from the staff would go a long way in making the patient...
