Having experienced a safari in Kabini, I found that while there were enjoyable moments, it didn't quite live up to the hype.
The landscape, unfortunately, was quite disappointing with most of the trees dried up, which detracted from the overall experience of being in lush, vibrant nature.
In terms of wildlife, spotting rare animals was challenging. Most of our sightings included elephants, deer, bison, and peacocks. While these animals are interesting, the expectation of seeing more elusive wildlife like tigers or leopards was not met.
Additionally, if you book the safari package through resorts, the cost is approximately ₹2800 per person.
This price seems high given the limited variety of wildlife observed and the dried-up environment. The experience feels somewhat overpriced for what you get in return.
