There are many ways to climb the mountain but I will suggest two ways to be followed so that you may reach the peak of the mountain, those are - start from KariMariAmma temple which is on the west side of the mountain, another way start from East (I mean, behind the house of Gali Janardhan Reddy), there are face like rocks, lot of caves, well balanced heavy rocks & temples, take atleast a bottle of water but my suggestion is, after drinking water don't throw plastic bottles on the mountain, there are Christian symbol cross painted on some rocks, I think missionaries are converting mountains too, no doubt in future they may even build a church on the mountain, there are Roman numbers painted on some rocks by Christian missionaries so that they can reach the place where they have placed an idol, don't follow the numbered rocks you will cover less part of the mountain, be careful the rocks are slippery, the mountain is too difficult to climb & it takes 2 days to completely see it, I have seen people urinating on the mountain, I think these people don't have sense
