I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the lack of support and arrangements provided during my recent visit to your pre-wedding location. Despite our expectations and the importance of this occasion, we were met with complete disregard and unprofessionalism.

The complete absence of any support or arrangements made our experience not only frustrating but also disheartening. We had anticipated assistance in coordinating important aspects of our pre-wedding event, yet we were left to fend for ourselves without any guidance or assistance from your staff.

This lack of support not only impacted our experience but also tarnished our perception of your establishment. As someone who values exceptional customer service, I must say that this experience fell far short of even the most basic expectations.

It is the dirtiest place and the service is not good. After taking the ticket, they tell you some of their problems and the behavior of the employees there is not right, they behave in any way.The ticket is two hundred rupees and there are five activities in it. Out of them, they only do one or two activities and that too only gardening and if there is a double bicycle, nothing else happens.
