I want express my deep concerns about safety measures at Mr. bean trampoline park which is certified and maintained by Nail india.

I am extremely disappointed by the lack of attention to safety protocols and the potentially dangerous conditions I have witnessed during my recent visits to your establishment. First and foremost, I have noticed a consistent disregard for enforcing safety rules and regulations. It is distressing to see park employees failing to monitor and intervene when participants engage in unsafe behaviors,or engaging in overcrowded areas. These actions not only increase the risk of accidents but also create an unsafe environment for all patrons.

Furthermore, the lack of proper maintenance and upkeep of your trampoline equipment is deeply concerning. On numerous occasions, I have observed damaged padding, torn nets, and unstable trampoline frames. Density of foam, Such neglect not only compromises the overall safety of the park but also exposes visitors, especially children, to unnecessary hazards that could result in serious injuries. Moreover, the absence of trained and vigilant staff members throughout the park is a grave issue. Adequate supervision is essential to prevent accidents, promptly address injuries, and maintain order among participants. However, it is disheartening to witness a noticeable shortage of staff members actively monitoring the trampoline areas, which leaves participants vulnerable and increases the likelihood of accidents.

I want to ask few questions you(because you are maintaining the equipments) and Mr.Bean Trampoline park:

How many certified trainer are present on the ground. I saw only 1 girl handling all area, I don't think even she is certified. I saw number of ticket collector were more than the trainers inside How frequently do you perform your safety audit. Because the quality of equipment was not upto the mark. In the safety guidelines on your site, second point was "Before jumping loosen up with warm-up exercises and stretches". I feel this is your responsibility before starting any session, warm up n stretching should be conducted which was missing when I visited. MAIN CONCERN IS REGARDING FACILITIES FOR PRIMARY FIRST AID TREATMENT OR MEDICAL EMERGENCY. I was shocked when I fell down from climbing wall on the so called high density foam which leads to fracture in my L1 spine. I was yelling n lying on the foam for more than 10minutes but no one comes to pick me up, luckily my family member managed to pull me out. Even after that we asked for emergency medical help but we haven't got any kind of help from staff, they don't even suggest the nearest doctor they were busy in collecting tickets. I understand that engaging in physical activities, such as trampolining, carries inherent risks, and accidents can happen. However, I am deeply disappointed by the lack of prompt and effective first aid response provided by your staff. It is essential for a trampoline park to have a comprehensive and well-prepared first aid plan in place. Visitors must feel confident that any injuries or medical emergencies will be swiftly addressed by trained personnel equipped with the necessary supplies.
