IF u ever come to Imphal I would recommend you should see this dam.itz very beautiful and gorgeous moreover a lot of local music videos and movies are shot here.If you are a photographer and love to take photos you should come here cause the scenery is mesmerizing you feel happy to see it.and while taking photos if you get tired you can have a picnic at the spot yeah ull have to bring your own food cause very likely there are no restaurant. But small tea stall and if you are persuasive and good at talking you can convince the locals for a boat ride. Five stars from my side for this...

Could have been developed into a beautiful place. The approach road from the main gate to the dam in poor condition. No proper fencing. Seen many young people lying on roadside, probably drunk or drugged. A lot of littering with food wrappers, empty beer cans, bottles, plastic bottles etc everywhere.
