Official name is Bargarh Science Centre. It’s developed by the National Council of Science Museums (NCSM) in collaboration with the Dept. of Science & Technology, Government of Odisha.
It was inaugurated on 21 January 2020 by Odisha’s Chief Minister.
The centre includes interactive science exhibits and a science park outside to give hands-on learning experiences, especially for children. Location & Hours
Located in Tukurla / Bardol, near New DHH (District Headquarters Hospital), Tukurla, Bargarh, Odisha. Address: BarDol, Bargarh-Tukurla-New DHH area.
Open from about 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM on most days. Closed on Mondays.
It has a 3D show/ theatre feature.
The outdoor science park has exhibits & installations for interactive, playful learning (lever, pulleys, etc). Good for children.

Read moreLast Saturday I visited this place with my wife & daughter. In my view Good place for students but as I noticed the visiting hours is 11am to 5pm which is only in day time is not suitable. That's why when I visited this place only 4 to 5 visitors including us were there. The timing is perfect in winter time only. Unfortunately because of few visitors were there the 3D theatre & Taramandal was not operational & we missed the both. There is a huge park but no visitors. Imagine a sunny day & u are under the hot Sun 😎 that's the reason behind this. I request the administration to think about changing the visiting hours or add extra hours in evening upto 8pm.
