One of those old clubs that will just mesmerize you. The golf course, is a must play for all those golf addicts, it's a major destination. The aura is still etched in the club, the colonial looks, the grandeur, the class and ambience. Food wl have you craving for more, for dinner ordered an hot and sour soup 🍲, keeping in mind the weather ☁️, the soup was soul stirring with the chillness, was perfect plenty of veggies, it had a nice aroma wafting thru..... Ordered for a ghee dosa roast, it simply was stunningly nice, wafer thin, crispy all over, was quite huge, the accompaniments of sambar and chutney orchestrated a grand dinner. Wanted to top it all with a Biscuit 🍪 🍮 pudding, it simply floored me to such levels, it transported me to the good ole days we used to eat this pudding prepared by our mother's and our grandmother's, was simply superb...... Overall the experience was something that you look...

An excellent colonial era club with vast open view of the golf course on one side and the valley (though filled up with buildigs) on the other. Rooms though a bit old were fully functional. Need to follow a dress code, unless you opt for room service. Dining room is like a banquet hall. All food items, though need to be ordered about thirty minutes before, were very tasty and well prepared. The service in the dining space was done with dedication and smile, it is appreciable. Staff were even ready to provide packed food on specific request. Billing was smooth. Plenty of parking place. Good locations for taking picturesque selfies. Overall...

As a non-golfer, the only thing postive about this club is the view of the golf course...this too is spoilt by the rows of tourist tempo travellers parked in front and along the slide of the club road. Rooms are dingy, falling apart with bad maintenance, bad food and apathetic service. Idlis for breakfast, lunch (?) and dinner !!! With unbearably spicy sambar and chutney. No plain rice offered at night, even upon request, no vegetables served, only daal. No ala carte menu offered. Simple amenities like hair dryers are not available, even upon request.

Overall a disappointing experience and sad to see the decline of what must have been...
