It's a Worthy place to visit massive natural spots around the dam but the roads are very worst needs to upgraded and maintained and dam should also maintained and its a quite relaxing place. The dam is closed for almost 1year due to covid spread but more tourist place near the dam is there we can visit 🌿Overall good place to visit with you...

A good spot in Virudhunagar District which is full of awesome greeny fields in the road side with a good ambiance. It's a kind of forest area if lucky we can some kind of bears or tigers (mostly not possible). Currently they aren't allowing to see the dam . There is backside route to see the lake view which is quiet...

Due to corona the dam & park entry is restricted...but u can still enjoy this beautiful backend side... Take left just before the dam entry point..within 700 meters u can reach the backside of the lake...u can find good parking...
