Living in that apartment was nothing short of a nightmare. Calling it “unfit for living” would be an understatement. The entire place was a disaster from day one — filthy, unsafe, and poorly maintained.

The walls were soaked with dampness, covered in mold, and reeked of rot. The ceiling leaked every time it rained, turning the floor into a swamp. Water dripped onto the furniture and bedding, making the place smell like decay. The plumbing barely worked — the bathroom flooded regularly, and the water supply came and went as it pleased.

The electrical setup was a serious hazard. Loose wires dangled from the walls, switches sparked, and power cuts were constant. And when you think it can’t get worse — it does. The garbage area overflowed every single day, inviting rats, cockroaches, and mosquitoes into the apartment like permanent residents.

The management? Completely useless. Complaints were ignored, calls went unanswered, and promises of “quick fixes” turned out to be nothing but lies. The place had zero maintenance, zero hygiene, and zero sense of responsibility.

So monthly fixed we paid 6k to here this foolish orders.. If we tell the managers that the maintenance is not good, they will still talk nonsense.
