Hi, This is Andrew from Chennai, I have bought a Samsung 43 UHD TV on 26th Aug 2023 in GIRIYAS INVESTMENT PVT LTD (Tondaiyarpet, Chennai) . ON NOV 02nd 2024 while watching TV it's get suddenly complete black colour on screen. After few minutes I contacted GIRIYAS team. They said we arrange the service team for you. Service slot was booked for Nov 4th 2024 but the service person Mr. ISREL came on 8th Nov 2024. He checked the TV and he said the mother board was didn't working you need to change it for Rs. 8000. I was shocked because a international brand TV mother board how it's fail within 15 months. Then I directly visited the GIRIYAS. They said the warranty period was expired you need to pay for new motherboard. Am totally disappointed why I have bought Samsung TV. I requested GIRIYAS team to got the new motherboard for free service. They said we discusse with service team and update you later. But still my TV issue was not rectified.

Kindly look into it ASAP and resolve...

I have purchased Bosch fully automatic machine from girias tondiarpet branch. We bought a machine but instead of giving current model they supplied a old machine which is two and half year (June 2022)old model machine. At the time of using they were some problem in the machine and when we asked for warranty card they mentioned that the bill which they gave us is the warranty card of the machine and in the bill they doesn't mention any kind of information contained that this machine has these to these day of warranty and when we ask for the explanation they denied it and we got stuck...
