Very bad experience

Anjali spoiled our mood she insulted us.

I went Crown Inox to watch Dune 2,the show was @ 11:45 AM,I was few minutes late so i was in little bit of hurry.I asked Anjali (Girl at the Ticket Booking Counter) to book four ticket (Executive Seat) of Dune 2 and she asked me to buy some meal i said no.During the entire ticket booking process she asked more than 3 times to buy a meal, last time i said Mere Pass itne hi paise nahi hai mai nahi le paunga, And she replied agar paise nahi hai to Ghar pe hi dekh lete, then I replied to her, why can't I buy a ticket if the system is allowing to book executive seats.She entered my mobile number wrong so I didn't recieve Ticket Booking message,I asked her to give me printed ticket, i have already paid for the ticket. She arguably said she could not give printed ticket it was my fault.She insulted us again then I called her manager and confronted her, she just denied that she said that, she lied to her manager,The manager was very polite he was very sorry for her behaviour, he said she should not have said that, he said to her apologies to us but she did not apologize.She(Anjali) even kept arguing and lying in front of her manager.She did not have manners to talk to elders,She spoiled our mood,She insulted me in front of my friend.Even after buying the ticket we did not watch the movie.This entire 30 minute drama was only about food which was optional.This never happened with us.We are not going to Crown Mall and I would never suggest anyone...

If you’re planning to visit this mall—don’t. I repeat, DO. NOT. This place doesn’t deserve to be called a mall. It’s more like a dystopian regime where joy, freedom, and logic go to die. I’ve had more fun at government offices.

Let’s break it down:

No tiffin allowed? Are we in school again? Sorry I didn’t want to drop half my salary on a sad excuse of a sandwich from your overpriced food court. Sue me for being practical and hungry.

No laptops? Why? What’s the logic? Afraid I might open Excel and calculate how fast your customer satisfaction is declining? Even the security guard looked confused enforcing this one.

Can’t sit anywhere unless you’re buying something. So basically, if my legs give out after walking your giant, soul-sucking corridors, I better be clutching a branded shopping bag or I'm shooed away like a stray cat? Ridiculous.

The vibe is sterile, robotic, and downright hostile. If the mall had a face, it would be frowning. Constant surveillance, zero warmth, and rules stricter than airport security.

In short, this mall isn’t a place to relax, shop, or exist peacefully. It’s a dictatorship with air conditioning. I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy.
