I had a very disappointing experience with Orchid International School. I paid ₹17,500 as registration charges for my daughter’s admission. Their admin, Darshana, told me the monthly session fee is ₹8,000, but she deliberately hid the fact that there is an additional ₹4,000–₹5,000 monthly activity fee. Only after registration I came to know about this hidden cost.

When I asked for a withdrawal, Darshana told me to follow the procedure by writing mails, and assured me that after deducting ₹1,500, the rest would be refunded by April. It is now September, and no refund has been made. Darshana stopped receiving calls and handed over to Bipasha, who was extremely rude and said there is no refund policy.

We have all the recordings, WhatsApp chats, and proof of communication which clearly show how information was hidden and promises were not honored. This is unacceptable, misleading, and unethical. We will also be escalating this to the consumer forum.

Parents should be very cautious and demand full transparency before trusting...
