Krishnampathi Lake — Local services in West Zone

Restored as a part of Coimbatore smart city project. Not much crowded here. Lake Water is greenish. Around 1.5 km walking space. Small play area for kids.

Neatly laid walking pathway. Can do short walks and jog here. Like other lakes, sea birds are there. Can spend a peaceful walk here on one side of the lake. Almost threeforth space can be covered in walking. Can make an entire round, but we need to walk through the village and again join the lake pathway. One way of the pathway is fitted with tiles and is not suitable for walking during the rainy season.

Dedicated parking spaces are available for cars and other vehicles.

Huge lake, but it is shrinking.. calm place to go for walking and bird watching.. lot of bushes inside lake it should be cleaned out.. and people who dump trash near the walk path should be identified and warned.. kids play area is also there.. best tplace to spend a quiet not so...
