My 1st visit was during Chinese New Year long weekends. As it was crowded and I didn’t make an early reservation therefore I only managed to book for an hour slot for Balinese massage. The staffs was very friendly and helpful and eventually able to get another hour slot for me to enjoy the ear candling on my check out day. The overall massage was great!

I went back again this weekends and tried out their tropical massage which last for 3 hours. It was really a great experience. I felt so relaxed and pampered. Definitely will be visiting tea tree spa whenever I go Batam.

During my long stay in the hotel, this spa was the place to relax and recharge. The reception was very polite and welcoming. She offers a refreshing drink and when I asked about using the sauna and steam room, she welcomed me using the facility. I was lucky to have Ade as my masseuse. She is a very professional and excellent masseuse. The rooms are very clean with a relaxing environment. As a courtesy, Ade took me to a villa and that was a fantastic experience.
