Air Terjun Jurang Nganten — Local services in Jepara

The road to come here is awful. There are at least 3 options of the road that you can take. Make sure you choose the middle one, like straight to the waterfall (slippery) cos the other two roads is worse (lots of mud and small, dangerous). It’s better actually to ask, if you can speak bahasa Indonesia, to the people who lives nearby. But if you have specific motorbike for motor cross then it would be amazing. Oh ya, no car can fit in these two roads. But the main road, yea, you can reach nearby parking area (for motorbike).

The waterfall is nice, strong current. It was fun to do the short tracking from the parking area till the waterfall for about 20-30 minutes walking. But you need to be careful especially during the rainy season cos it’s slippery. Use shoes, proper perhaps. kesini pertengahan bulan agustus, jalannya awalnya bagus lama-lama nggak. nyasar beberapa kali karena kurang jelasnya petunjuk jalan, sekalinya ketemu petunjuk jalan akhirnya ketemu tempat parkir dan jalan kebawah kearah air terjun yang mana pas sampai airnya kering udah dikiit banget dan air terjunnya sendiri kayak udah ketutup longsor wkwkwkwk

Air terjun ini berada di Desa Tanjung, Kecamatan Pakis Aji, sekitar 20 km dari pusat kota Jepara.
