Highly recommended this place to visit location in Samosir island ,North Sumatera-Indonesia . from the gate, it takes 4 to 5 hours of tracking to the submit. some people took tracking early morning for sunrise , but I chose spent a night camping there . One of sacred mountain for Batak Tribe. It is believe that the ancestor of Batak was come to earth from this mountain (known as Siraja Batak). Now the acces to the peak is much easier than before because concrete roads have been established. The scenery from above is very amazing for sure. Pusuk Buhit, adalah gunung yang awalnya bernama Gunung Toba memiliki ketinggian 1.500 meter lebih dari permukaan laut dan 1.077 meter dari permukaan Danau Toba. Ada tiga kecamatan yang berada langsung di bawah gunung tersebut yakni Kecamatan Sianjur Mula-mula, Kecamatan Pangururan, dan kecamatan Harian Boho.

Dari sana jg berasal nenek moyang beberapa marga2 Batak Toba. Nah perjalanan saya dn bbrp teman di mulai pukul 03.00 wib. Bayangkan betapa dingin nya cuaca. Tapi Puji Tuhan hari cerah, gerimis hanya sebentar menemani kami dr penginapan d Parbaba menuju Sigullati utk parkir kendaraan. Stlh berdoa, sarapan telor rebus, mempersiapkan bekal utk d puncak dn air minum. Kami mulai perjalanan menuju puncak Pusuk Buhit. 4 jam lebih, perjalanan kami dgn rute yg aman. Dituntun teman yg sudah prnh ksana sebelumny. Diterangi senter hape , dan tentu saja Bulan, istirahat saat kaki mulai goyang. Lanjut lg yg pasti semngat tetap bergelora. Dan akhirny sampai d Puncak. Duduk merenggangkan kaki. Makan bekal, melihat2 tempat sakral utk menghormati leluhur. Yg hanya bs d masuki klo kita melepas sepatu dn kaos kaki. Mencari spot poto. Menjaga hati dn bibir dari ucapan2 kotor. Lalu, pulang. Menuruni lembah dn bukit.. menikmati sekeliling. Kabut berganti cerah dan biru nya langit. 4 jam juga karna kami bener2 menikmati alamny.
