Yahya, the organiser of the trip, is a great driver who is always early and well conversant in English. He gives you wake-up call and waits for you at the lobby well before departure. His driving skills are excellent and navigates the traffic expertly.

The local guides that he partner with are sincere and go above and beyond to ensure both our safety and enjoyment. We will not forget the dedication and the kindness that the local guides extended to us. The experiences at Ijen and Tumpak Sewu (and Bromo, but Bromo didn't require a local guide) were absolutely life-changing and we were glad to have them by our side.

The accommodations chosen by Yahya were also clean and comfortable, especially the one at Tumpak Sewu. We felt like we were in Bali!

Yahya is a fun and experience young man who has many years of experience as he started his career way before covid time. He was our guide and driver at the same time. He is honest and will plan the itirinary according to your needs. Travelling to Bromo, Malang, Batu and Surabaya for 1 week was fun and relaxing as we wanted a chill holiday. The hotels he chose was strategically located and we could walk around the area easily to find restaurants. At other times he will recommend and volunteer to send us to popular restaurants. Found this tour agent on internet while searching for customised private tour. The price is better than that of klook. Service is good as I requested to add in safari tour instead of colour houses. There are a lot of trekking daily. First day was the most tiring as we trek to see the blue flame. Though throughout the trip the weather is gloomy, we didn't get to see the scenary as we should have but we enjoyed the journey to every climb, be it sun rise or waterfall. Yaya driving was fast and furious. Though it looks dangerous however he can drive swiftly and always alert while driving.Yaya's english is also very good although he humbly denied.
